From the north on Highway 1, take E. Harbor Boulevard going south. Along the way pass Mandalay Beach and Oxnard Beach Park. Continue south and turn west on La Brea Street or other streets that follow for Hollywood Beach.

From the south on Highway 1, exit west on Channel Islands Boulevard. Follow Channel Islands Boulevard past the harbor and then go north or south on Harbor Boulevard for Hollywood Beach or Oxnard Beach and Mandalay Beach.

Kiddie Beach Park is on South Victoria Avenue which connects from Channel Island Boulevard on the east side of the harbor. The park is at the mouth of the harbor.
