From Interstate 405, take Highway 55 southwest toward the city of Newport Beach. Highway 55 becomes Newport Boulevard and then merges onto W. Balboa Boulevard going south. Take any turn west on a street between 23rd Street and 21st Place to access the Ocean Front parking lot and the McFadden parking lot.

For Balboa Beach, continue south on E. Balboa Boulevard. Turn toward the ocean on Washington Street to find multiple parking choices.
